Your application will then be submitted to the lender via our dedicated administration team. They regularly contact the lender to obtain updates on your behalf so we can keep you informed at any stage in the process.
For Police Officers & Staff, we do not charge a fee for our service as we are paid by the lender. If you prefer you can pay us a broker fee of up to 0.5% of the loan and receive the lender fee yourself. For all other business our standard fee is £295, although depending on your circumstances, we may not charge a fee.
