For several years we have been arranging mortgages for Key Workers such as
Police Officers, Nursing Staff, Fire service, Teachers and Ambulance service personnel. During this time we have gained an excellent knowledge of the schemes available so you can be confident that we know what we are doing.
Our advisors are fully qualified to provide mortgage advice and hold the relevant qualification. We also have a team of dedicated case managers who will look after your application during the entire process.

Being Independent means we are able to source a mortgage product for you from the whole of the market place and we pride ourselves on offering an excellent service for our customers.
We also have experience arranging mortgages on a Shared Ownership, shared equity and now Homebuy Direct basis.
Again, we are fully up to date with all the different schemes available and have built up excellent relationships with different Housing Associations.
For Police Officers & Staff, we do not charge a fee for our service as we are paid by the lender. If you prefer you can pay us a broker fee of up to 0.5% of the loan and receive the lender fee yourself. For all other business our standard fee is £295, although depending on your circumstances, we may not charge a fee.
